My narcissistic echo-chamber

The painting is a painting of the lovers from Greek mythology, Echo and Narcissus. I am feeling my efforts here amount to not much more than shouting to hear my own echo or gazing at my own reflection. I wonder, Is there anybody out there, or is this just merely for my own amusement? A question that is not in the least bit rhetorical.

  1. I enjoy this blog very much, and several other RCIAers have told me that they do as well. I visit almost daily during my lunch break and always go back to work in better spirits. Thank you!

  2. Thanks, Sara. It is just a little weird writing so much. If nothing else, it is a way to think out loud, which is useful in and of itself.

  3. There are people out there reading. I am, anyway. Just so you know, the "random thoughts" you wrote about on your 100th blog do benefit people like me, for instance. For someone who's been away from the church for so long, this is a lifeline. It's as though God is speaking to me through you, and without your words, I'm not sure I'd be attending mass each week. Thank you.

  4. Thank you for the encouragement. It is a bit needy to ping people about the efficacy of the blog. I should just trust God. However, again, thank you for the kind words. I hope I can continue to be an encouragement to you.
